Tokyo 2020, medical advisor Cio: “Covid cases in line with expectations”
“What we are seeing is what we expected to see”. This was said by Dr Brian McCloskey, health advisor to the International Olympic Committee during a press conference on the 58 cases of Covid-19 discovered in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. The former director of health for Public Health England is the head of a group of experts who have also drafted the Playbook, the rules that all accredited to the Olympics and Paralympics must follow.
